Vision Statement
We exist to have a global influence in leading people into a thriving relationship with Jesus Christ.
Mission Statement
We are here to provide pathways for you and your entire family to know Jesus Christ, to become like Jesus Christ and to serve Jesus Christ.
Every environment (ministry and fellowship) opportunity is carefully filtered through one or more of these elements.
Elements Explained:
1. To Know Jesus Christ
God has made it very clear that He desires ALL men to be in relationship with Him. He accomplishes this relationship through His Son Jesus Christ.
John 3:16-17 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[fn6] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. v.17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him."
Romans 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
We call these our "Entry Point" environments. Each entry point environment is planned and prepared with one thing in mind...to give God every opportunity through His Holy Spirit to reach into the heart of the unbeliever and accomplish His will!
2. To Become Like Jesus Christ
Life as we know it is a process of maturity. If you've ever had the privilege of watching a child grow up then you understand that it is an amazing process. The child doesn't start out reading a key map for directions to the pantry nor does their body understand the discipline of waiting to go to the bathroom...do you get my point? We believe that our relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ is a process just like life is a process.
Romans 21:1-2 "Therefore, I urge you brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - His good, pleasing and perfect will.
This is a process of transformation (sanctification) that begins in the heart of the believer the day of salvation and continually moves the person closer and closer to the will of God!
The leadership of Faith is committed to providing "Learning Environments" that empower the believer in the process of life to become more like Jesus Christ.
3. To Serve Jesus Christ
Jesus is the ultimate example of a servant. He came to GIVE! Therefore we are driven with passionate gratitude to live a life of service.
Matthew 20:28 "...just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve and to give His life as a ransom for many."
Ephesians 6:7 Serve wholeheartedly as if you were serving the Lord, not men.
Matthew 25:21 "...Well done my good and faithful servant..."
This final element has exploded with the introduction of Sunday PM Edition and a church family that God is allowing to continually grow. Serving the Lord is not something reserved for a church campus or a believer's home. We believe God intends for us to live our lives as an act of service.
REAL PEOPLE...REAL LIVES...LIVING BY FAITH!
